Tenant Welcome Book
When a Management Office welcomes a new tenant, they gift them a welcome book that has important information that they will need in order for the working relationship to be successful. In order to make these books universal, we added eight diecut slots that fit four business cards.
Tenant Visit Leavebehind Card
Property managers and other staff regularly stop by to check in on their tenants to keep tenant satisfaction high. If they are unable to make contact, they can leave this card behind. The die cut slot at the bottom makes the card usable for any employee cutting cost and reducing paper waste.
